About Andong Jongga Cultural Center

Established in October 2017, Andong Jongga Cultural Center is a small enterprise that develops and produces foods built on food experiences with Andong agricultural specialties and the traditional techniques handed down through Andong Jongga families.

By elevating Andong ginger and other regional products into premium goods, we contribute to higher farm incomes and a stronger local economy. We primarily use ginger grown under contract with Andong Nonghyup, and we also cultivate ginger ourselves in the open fields of Misato.

CEO's Message

It has been many years since we began carrying the old techniques of the Andong Jongga into the food of today. Since our founding in 2017, we have walked every step ourselves — from the ginger fields to the bottling line — to protect a single root of Andong ginger.

Instead of flashy additives, we add only time, care, and the traditional methods passed down from the Jongga. We hope each bottle brings honest flavor and heart to your table, and we will continue to grow together with our local farming community.
